Natural wool has self-cleansing properties, which minimizes need for washing.
Best to wash by hand with detergent for wool in lukewarm water (85F). Do not rub. Rinse with plenty of water. Wrap up in a towel, squeeze it and gently stretch into shape. Air dry flat.
Also machine washable only if it has setting for wool. Air dry flat.
Tip: If new garment feels scratchy, rinse in water with few drops of hair conditioner to smooth out fibers.<\/p>\n
