This 8-inch pan is pressed from the same hard-anodized aluminum we use in the x-pots, which creates a very light and stiff structure. We&#8217;ve further cut the weight down by integrating the handle hinge into a section of the rolled edge and eliminated the rest of the edge that isn&#8217;t needed. Rigid, non-corrosive stainless steel handles fold out for use and tuck down for transport. The handles have a heat-resistant Silicone grip for non-slip lifting.
